| Centre punch/Centering unit
The centre punch/Centering unit allows a precise placement of point form markings. The optional tool gets fixed on the traverse beam and can be moved at one level by numerical control. The movement in the height is carried out pneumatically, therefore is for the operation water-free and filtered air destined as a further media connection on the traverse beam. General case of operation is the midpoint marking for drillings on the raw metal sheet surface before single contours have been cut. At the following peration step (e.g. per hand) into the cut pieces can be made different drillings with aid of the marked points or opening lines traced.
|

| Ink jet
Marking by ink jet is a touch less labelling and designation proceeding which doesn’t damage the material’s surface. Recommended operations are e.g. markings of coated metal sheets (e.g. zinc-plated sheets).
Logos, bar-codes, charge and commission numbers, counter and weight-values, consecuting numbering and production dates (e.g. date, time, shift) are designation tasks that can be done with one ink jet-labelling system touch less. Any material can be labelled in various type heights in an area from 3 up to 67 mm.

| Marking and signing by plasma
For marking (e.g.: drilling midpoints) and signing (e.g.: opening lines) by plasma jet we offer the following alternatives:
1) Direct by the plasma source with one tool to cut and mark. Additional we recommend for an effective use of the system the application of an automatically gas console.
2) As a supplement for an existing oxy-fuel- or plasma-cutting plant we offer in connection with our machines the marking system „FineMarker“ of our supplier Kjellberg GmbH which is controlled by an interface. With speeds up to 2m/min. can be signed unalloyed and stainless steel, also with oily or wet surfaces.
|

| Needle stamp
Optional additional assembly to generate durable imprint markings in steel plates of any kind.
With this additional tool marks will be placed according to a contour or mechanical. Regarding the work piece surface no special requirements are necessary, that means that also laminated or light corroded surfaces can be marked.

| To reduce consumables of the machine torch at piercing of thicker material we recommend a drilling assembly for deep drilling of starter holes for the cutting procedure. The CNC Flame-cutting machine can be combined with tools for drilling and thread cutting.
We offer special solutions on demand.
|

| 3-Torch-aggregate (manual, oxy-fuel)
Additional assembly for bevel seam preparation
The manual torch setting is +/- 90° pivoted.
|

| Angle adjustment for manual bevelling (oxy-fuel/plasma)
With the aid of the manual adjustable bevel assembly work pieces along one cutting direction (X or Y-direction) can be bevelled, e.g. for bevel seam preparation.
|

| Plasma bevel assembly
Auxiliary assembly group for machines of the series ThermoCut® and MultiCut®
To cutting chamfers and/or to cutting spatial outlines the torch can be induced propelled by AC servo actuators in 5 axles. The integration of the PFA-1 into the machine system takes place in connection with the internal CNC control myBach and the modified vertical axis Z-250. Thereby cuts for chamfer angles up to 50°, automated, are possible for material thicknesses from 6 to 50 mm spatial.
|

| Laser pointer
The laser pointer is attached on the traverse beam and shows its position over the work piece. In this respect it is a device for adjusting and positioning of the plasma burner e.g. at edge-starting. Otherwise (machine stands quiet) it can be used as an optical touch e.g. at plate adjustment.
|

| Hold-down device
The hold-down device is developed for cutting of thin metal sheets in connection with a plasma-plant. It prevents the sudden deforming of the sheet due to warming in the area close to the burner. Thereby a collision of the burner with the metal shit will be prevented and a constant distance between burner and metal surface will be adjusted. By the aid of our numerical controlled flame-cutting machines and the used pneumatically vertical axis contours can be driven and cut in most shortest time and accurate to shape.
Notice: for maximum cutting quality we recommend the use of according plating fins on the cutting table.
|

| Tube cutting plant
The tube cutting plant is an optional additional assembly which can be added to flame cutting machines of assembly range ThermoCut® and MultiCut®. Torches (oxy fuel, plasma) on the portal can be used for even plate works and subsidiary for the tube operation.
Technical data: Tube diameter | 100 - 300 mm | Tube length max. | 6000 mm | Wall thickness | 0,5 - 30 mm | Tube weight | up 750 kg |
Extra equipment available on demand.
|

| Glare shield plasma
The glare shield has it use at plasma-cutting operations to avoid damages at eyes and skin because of radiation of the plasma-arc. It is also a protection against flying sparks.
|

| Splash guard
To avoid damages e.g. burns because of flying sparks we recommend this splash guard.
|

| Import of drawings / patterns predetermined contours
At digitalisation a graphical sample (Logo, photo, freehand sketch) will be scanned with a digital sensor true to scale into the computer. The digitaliser is equipped with a high precise measuring system, which provides the computer with absolute coordinates. These coordinates result from the position of the switch sensor over the measure fence of the digitalisation surface. With the aid of software ncDIGI the scanned geometrical dates are directly changed into CNC program and can be saved for a next use.
