For flame-cutting machines with myBach-Control it is possible to execute "real" Dual-Plasma-Operations, independent from the used plasma-source. That means, 2 (in future up to4) plasma-burner are cutting synchronized, driven linked together. The available software solution allows the ignition of the burner at the same time after first touch, the controlled cutting start after building the main arc, and the cut break in case of a malfunction, independent which burner was the reason for. The software has been configured that way, that cutting data are submitted in a synchronized way to the automatical gas console, to the plasma sources and to the voltage dependent height-adjustments.

In the industry the dominating plasma cutting process is the direct plasma cutting with which the electrically conductive work piece acts as a positive pole. Now for not leading or discontinuous materials (like gratings) there is the Hot-Wire plasma cutting, a form of the indirect plasma cutting. Besides, an endless wire at defined speed is supplied to the process as a positive pole.
Belong to the circumference of this additional equipment of the plasma source arrangement FineFocus 800 for cutting gratings and not leading materials:

• MIG/MAY machine burner 45°
• Motorical wire feed, adjustable about a remote operating set or the CNC control
• Optional burner and wire feed fixture

Herewith cuts can be carried out up to 50 mm.
Recommended cutting depth up to 35 mm.

• Straight and contour cuts in leadership of 2D systems
• Cutting of gratings, pipe bundles or to hollow profiles
• Mineral materials, like brick, glass or concrete

For the different materials

• In case of using cutting and swirl gases together with accordant consumables, known by the plasma supplier, wires will be inserted that are conform with the material of the gratings.
